Levelized Billing Option is offered to Upson EMC residential consumers in the spring and fall each year. Qualifications include a minimum of one year continued service, not more than one delinquent payment in a 12-month period, no cutoffs, and no returned checks.

Upson EMC also offers payment by Bank Draft.

Instead of receiving multiple bills each month, you can have all your accounts on a single invoice. If you would live to receive Invoice Billing for multiple accounts, please complete this form, place in envelope with next bill payment and mail to: Upson EMC, P.O. Box 31, Thomaston, GA 30286.

Upson EMC Customers in the Upson County Area can pay their power bill through the 12th of each month at the following locations:
